 How Do I Order?
To enable you to order directly from our website you will need to contact us to become a registered client. We are wholesale distributors and only deal with retail outlets so certain criteria will need to be met in order to become a client. Once registered ordering from us will be simple, and efficient.
When you have chosen your item, click the add to cart button and it will be added to the shopping cart. When you are ready to complete the order, click your shopping cart and you will be taken to a secure order form with secure socket layer (ssl) encryption for you to complete your personal delivery details and payment details.
Methods Of Payment
We accept most forms of payment and accept the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, American Express and Diners Club. You may prefer to arrange payment by cheque, direct deposit or other method, please let us know in the secure order form and we will contact you.
For all purchases, your order will be dispatched upon receipt of payment. Accounts are able to be established and if you wish to proceed with an account please contact us for further details.
Are The Products Australian Made?
We have some products that are designed and made in Australia. Others are designed within Australia and then sent overseas for production. If it is an Australian Made product you are searching for just contact us and we will inform you of which products fit this criteria.
Freight and Insurance Costs
Our prices do not include freight and insurance. We do have very competitive freight charges which can be added to your order, alternatively you can arrange your own freight and insurance.
Freight Duration
All orders to be sent within the NT will be sent via road freight with delivery usually within 24 hours. To more remote locations this may take two nights. All other domestic freight will be sent via road unless otherwise directed and generally takes between 4-5 days.
All orders to be sent to countries other than Australia will be sent Airmail arriving anywhere up to 10 working days.
There may be unforeseen circumstances at the destination or within the freight company that we have no control of, however we will do our utmost to ensure your freight is carried out safely and timely. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Import Duty
